CUPLOK is distinguished by its unique node point, which allows up to four components to be connected in one fastening action.

RANGE & APPLICATIONS

CUPLOK is ideal for a wide range of applications including continuous façade, circular scaffold, birdcage access and staircase access.  It is often used for renovation scaffolding, façade scaffolding, masonry scaffolding, support or staircase towers, as well as being used in more specialized applications, such as shipbuilding.

CUPLOK staircase towers, mobile towers and loading bays are also available in our range. By adding new components and lighter materials, we continue to create new CUPLOK applications.

ADVANCED GUARDRAIL & STEEL BOARDS

CUPLOK is constantly evolving and the latest innovations include the addition of advanced guardrails which ensure that the scaffolding operative is able to create a safe working platform for the next lift – all from below.

The scaffold frame system is the most traditional and user friendly scaffolding system. The system is light in weight, easy to install and dismantle and can be extended or joined with additional units. The out frame system is high on security factors and can achieve a wider roof span. The scaffolding frames are considered as best because these facilitates fast installation on site without being any disturbance to other jobs being carried out at the site.

H-Frames are still very popular means of erecting scaffolding. It is made from standard scaffolding tubes. Two Rectangular Frames also called H Frames, are braced with cross bracing which are secured on H Frames by split pins. For heavy loadings, heavy duty frames are available.

The Wedge lock Scaffolding System, in contrast to traditional scaffold structure, is easy to erect and fix. This type of scaffolding system has been manufactured by implementing wedge fixing technique. There are no loose parts and the ledgers and transoms are wedge fixed while erecting this wedge lock scaffold. One can be sure of the stable position of the scaffold structure as it has rigid 4 ways fixing between the transoms and ledgers. In addition to this, the standard of the structure is erected with spigot and wedge fitting so as to ensure a guaranteed vertical alignment.
